Which routines work best for you?
Tags allow you to run your own tests and experiments in the Pylot app. You can tag any session with a custom tag/s, and then compare the results in Trends.
For example, have you ever wondered if your cognitive performance spikes after your morning coffee? You can tag your work blocks with 'coffee' and, over time, compare your flow during these blocks versus normal blocks. Similarly, you could tag sessions with 'walk', 'meditation', or even 'afternoon nap' if you fancy one! It doesn't take long to objectively determine which habits and routines can have a positive impact.
Start recording a session and click ‘Add Tags’ to add your custom tags.
Type in your new tag or select a previously entered tag to add it to the current session.
You will then see the tag associated with the current session. You can add the tag at any time during the session and it will be associated with that session.
You can then see the impact of each tag by going to Trends and filtering by the relevant tag. You will need at least three sessions with a tag to see the data.
