You can view your day summary by clicking the relevant day tile on the dashboard.

This screen provides an overview of your day, showing key stats, graphs, and a summary of each individual block.

Some of the key information presented includes:

High flow period - this shows the time of day when you had your highest flow.
Time in high flow and fatigue - this presents the total time for your day that you were in a high flow, or high fatigue state.
